1. How to renew business registration?
  • Application for the renewal of a business shall be made at any time before the expiry date up to twelve (12) months after the expiry date at the SSM branch counter or our website
  • Renewal of Business Registration can be made for a period of one (1) year and not more than five (5) years.
 • Business renewal cannot be made for a business expired more than one (1) year.

  - Borang D with certified True Copy (CTC) stamp ( pdf format )

3. How to renew my buisness registration thru our website ?
  Please click "Renew-Now" and submit your SSM renewal information thru our online renewal form.
4. When Business Registration Certificate can be obtained?
  Within 15 minutes - 1 hour after payment, you will receives email with your Borang E (SSM certificate) and other SSM documents
5. How do i reprint my SSM Certificate / Borang D (CTC)
  visit to reprint your latest SSM Certificate or SSM Business Info
6. What is the mode of payment ?
  Online banking FPX , ATM / Online Transfer
7. SSM renewal email reminders
  For those customers renewal thru our renewal system, we will send automated expiry email reminders to you 1 months before the expiry date to ensure our customer can renewal their SSM on time.
8. Can i renew my SSM few months before expiry date?
  Yes, you can. Renew your business registration within 90 days or before the expiration date of the registration. Your latest SSM expiry date will continue the date of the renewed.
9. Can i process thru whatsapp / wechat?
  Yes , you can. Please provide your Company registration number &company name, we can assist you process via whatsapp or wechat
